GH3030 is a solid-solution-strengthened high-temperature alloy, developed as an early Ni-Cr 20-80 type alloy with simple chemical composition. It exhibits satisfactory high-temperature strength and excellent plasticity below 800℃, along with outstanding oxidation resistance, thermal fatigue resistance, cold stamping, and welding performance. After solution treatment, the alloy presents a single-phase austenitic structure, ensuring stability during use.
The main product forms include cold-rolled sheets, but rods, rings, wires, and tubes can also be supplied. GH3030 is widely used in turbine engine combustion chamber components operating below 800℃ and in oxidation-resistant but low-load-bearing components under 1100℃. Additionally, it possesses excellent hot and cold processing properties, making it suitable for various chemical equipment and related accessories.
